From Abandonment to Belonging: A Home Filled with Hope and Love.
At Hogar Genesis, young children, usually girls, who have been abandoned, neglected, or at risk, find a safe home and a loving family environment. With your help, Mira Mira provides meals, education, and long-term care that help each girl thrive.
Currently, 17 girls, from 6 months old to 14 years old, call Hogar Genesis home. The incredible full-time Care Team is with them around the clock — from nurturing the youngest infants to preparing meals and snacks, to helping the older girls get ready for school. Every day, the team provides not only for their physical needs but also offers emotional support, guidance, and, most importantly, love.
Each month, just $5,000 covers everything needed to provide a safe and loving home for all 17 girls—food, clothing, school supplies, utilities, and caregiver support. A small gift here makes a life-changing difference there.
